Why is traditional printmaking a subcategory or text and typography?

Anyway, second print from the class, roughly twice the size of the Eve print so it's about 24x30 something? I can't remember, i need to measure it, but for those wondering, yeah. that's a lot of linoleum to carve.

this time the subject matter was open for us to choose, so i did a unicorn; the concept is losely based on the many Lady and Unicorn paintings you see floating around renaissance art and such.

I ended up staining and adding color to another print of this, but i can't seem to photograph it too well. These are digital photos, not scans...that's why they look shitty.
